Teardown Workstations

JST's Teardown Workstations are utility workstations for manually cleaning CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) parts or other items containing a buildup of toxic residue. The entire work area is enclosed. Clean air is drawn in between the headcasing and front  shield and exhausted through slots in the rear, pulling fumes down and away fromthe operator and out the back through the exhaust. The front shield is counter-balanced for easy raising  and lowering. The reinforced Stainless Steel work surface supports items weighing up to 150 lb and contains a flush-mounted trap door for access to a waste receptacle below. A drawer and shelves provide storage for tools and spare parts.  The exhausted lower compartment houses a 4.5 gallon capacity vacuum cleaner with HEPA filtration. Both the vacuum cleaner and waste receptacle are mounted on slide-out platforms. The vacuum switch and lighting switches are located in the front roll for easy access. JST's workstations deliver long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.Only quality components are used, from electrical hardware to mechanical subassemblies.
