JST's SERVICE & SUPPORT...
is before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. JST's team of certified field service technicians can assist with in the field retrofits, PLC programming changes, tool start ups and installation as well as helping to troubleshoot any problems not only with JST's tools but also with process questions or other cleanroom facilities. After tool start up Service Personnel are available to train in the use of the tools at Operator Level, Engineering Level as well as Maintenance Level.
JST' s technicians are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. JST has a unique Quality Control process that requires a Field Service Technician to sign off the equipment before it ships to insure it is not only built right and functions correctly, but that it is easy to do routine maintenance. Level I Technicians are trained to trouble shoot and program software code.

All equipment is facilitized in JST's Class 1000 cleanroom
and run to ensure performance prior to shipment.
