JST's ultrasonic baths are designed to make the most of your cleaning chemistry while taking advantage of the cleaning action of the sound waves.  Coved corners eliminate particle traps and make cleaning easier.  All 316L grade stainless steel tanks are electropolished and have uniform sloped bottoms to ensure complete draining.  JST's bath design eliminates particle buildup and reduces bath cross contamination. 

JST's ultrasonic baths offer important safety features that protect operators as well as the functionalilty of the equipment. All electrical components are sealed and purged. all power, control and sensor cables are encapsulated in liquid tight teflon. Liquid levels are monitored to ensure safe process operation. Double wall tank construction using non degrading insulation provides rapid bath heating, uniformity of process temperature and reduced noise.
